weak video though, comparing it to the song..can it be when it was all so simple ?
I have to throw in this other joint that came out a while ago..
The Pete Rock produced banger of the new Red & Meth Blackout 2 album...I'v been bumpin this joint for a good minute now..

Like I said, my heroes are back !!!

you still gotta give it too the X

The BX Don..Mr Don Cartagena, even though he on some other shit these days. However you have to give it up to him, for having a ill catalog.
So here he is preforming with one of the best, if not the best off all time Big Pun, in Miami 1998...
Peep the track line up...
1. Big Pun & Fat Joe - Twins
2. Fat Joe - Who shot ya (remix verse)
3. Big Pun & Cuban Link - Off The Books
4. Fat Joe - Flow joe
....classic..

Link is from Nahright, which officially is my second home now...
//Don Leche Luchiano

still believe in it...

Gun Rap is kinda played out, since I even seen Uncle Murda do a girly-girl song with Ray J on the hook..
But Im still a firm believer of Gun Rap...So here go some new Gun Talk..
Domination- Not 4 Play

How many times did you die in that song... I fuck's with the beat though (pause)...

Tune of the day...

I am taking it back with this one.
I listen to alot of different music, as Im semi-big on the house scene, and I remember hearing this song for the first time and I fell in love with it, from that first time.
However, what blew my mid even more was when I saw the video for it !
I just love simple cinematography in video's, it is shot with this certain graininess that gives the photography (that aint complex) a notion of crispiness that is just bonkers!
I love video's with a dope context, and the filmakers choice to incoperate the dancing element in this video intertwined with the song, is phenomenal.
Great Song, Great Video, Dope Dancing....a classic in my books.
Dirty Vegas- Days Go By

-Yo Denz, maybe we too, should stand outside a diner and dance, until "she" comes along...

Luchini to Dead Presidents..

Well, since I acknowledged the evolution of Jigga, and I was earlier in my "Top 5" shit... well its only fare to have another one of my Top 5 songs alltime up here again... Money, Money, Money...
Luchini was one of the picks, well so is..
Jay Z - Dead Presidents I

I'v always wanted to know why they made two versions to this song...to me its hard to say which one is hotter..the second verison that made the album Reasonable Doubt was one that hit the hardest I think... but this one is fire too...
Alot of my favorite joints of all time is about money, maybe its cause Iv always wanted it...so therefore, 2009 Im out for the Luchini..

Fuck what you heard...

This might be, if not my favorite song of alltime, but atleast Top 5...This joint is the defenition of leftfield shit, this song was dropped, during a era where Timberland boots, Amry Fatigue Clothes and all that hardcore shit was live. And then came these two brothers with some ill-straight-outta-the-70's-supa fly-type swagger...Until like 5 myabe 6 years later I relaized that they came from the Bronx, cause I thought that they came from Harlem, since Harlem dudes alwyas knowm from some leftfield, suave and flashy type swag, but I was proven wrong.
Love the 70's theme music video, so let me bless you with this banger, that I rate as one of my favorites, as the song is just timeless.
Camp Lo- Luchini (This is it)

These days I be thinking about Luchini alot..you know what, fuck all that gwap, cash, mula or whatever you wanna call it...
From now own it Luchini...Denz, whats good nigga !?

G'z up Hoes down...

I'v been tryin to fins this rare preformance from Snoop at the Saturday Night Live show, since I have it recorded on a old dusty VHS back at home...
The quality aint the best on this recording, but it'll have to do..
Peep the change up in the middle when they switch songs, and Snoop rocks over the classic break beat Look of Love

Gun Rap...

Have you ever realized that some rappers always talk about the same stuff...Ya'll know what Im talking about, like Paul Wall-in every song its about wood grain, diamonds, and candy paint....Young Jeezy or Mr. the birds fly down south, dough boy & hard white (cocaine if you not down with the lingo)....
Gun Rap is another category you can add to something rappers be always talking about.. Gun Rap is basically about 3 things: Shot, Murda, Kill....And in the Gun Rap category there are two induviduals that are in a lane of their own...Me and Denz be talking about them all the time, not that we dont like them, cause the shit is fire, but almost every song they make, I die like 13 times... its either you getting stabbed up, 38 or a Mausberg Pump that does the damage...bottom line, you dead..
The rappers in this category are Brooklyn East New York's Uncle Murda and Jamica Queens Shea Davis...
So why dont you peep it your self and see how many times you die in their songs...
Shea Davis- Guns Go Blam

Uncle Murda- Bullet Bullet

Body count, more than Commando

Tune of the day

It was a hot minute since I heard a good stroy telling song...The tune of the day joint is a ill song, since they kinda take an Twilight Zone approach, to the story... the beat is fire too, and the video shot by Three21Media's Rik Cordero, who I believe is one of the most talented musicvideo directors out there now...But The Slaughterhouse lyricist from Detroit made a good story telling song..
